The Resource Foundation Appoints Matias Perel to Board of Directors
New York, NY – March 24, 2026 – The Resource Foundation (TRF), a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to expanding opportunity across Latin America and the Caribbean, today announced the appointment of Matias Perel to its Board of Directors.
Perel is a transformational executive in AI-driven marketing, data intelligence, and business growth. At Zeta Global, he leads the U.S. Hispanic Business within the Multicultural division and oversees the Latin America business, advancing AI-powered marketing solutions that effectively engage diverse audiences. Previously, Perel founded and scaled multiple companies, including Latin3, a pioneering digital marketing agency that evolved into a full-service, performance-driven business integrating online and offline strategies. Through his work, he has led marketing initiatives for global companies such as Google, Dell, PepsiCo, Visa, Cisco Systems, and SAP.
