Tech-Driven Transformation: Our Partnership with CEAP and Lenovo Foundation Empowers São Paulo’s Youth

Our partnership with the Brazilian nonprofit CEAP, supported by the Lenovo Foundation, Lenovo’s philanthropy arm, is addressing youth unemployment in Pedreira, São Paulo, through the Emerging Technology Training Project (2023–2025). 

So far, the project has directly impacted 500 people, including students trained in digital skills for employability and their parents or guardians. It has also indirectly reached 5,000 through digital content. Lenovo Brazil employees have volunteered their time, delivering sessions on ESG, diversity, and recycling.

CEAP’s remarkable work was recognized this year with the Young Employability Trophy Brazil 2024. As a partner of The Resource Foundation through our Fiscal Sponsorship, CEAP continues to enhance its impact.
