Established in 2007, Fundación Sanimax is the corporate foundation of Sanimax Colombia, advancing social and economic development through education across the company’s territories of influence. In 2024 alone, the foundation reached more than 10,600 individuals through scholarships, vocational training, complementary education, nutrition support, and family engagement initiatives designed to expand long-term opportunity and workforce readiness.

The Challenge

Communities surrounding industrial and rural production zones often face limited access to higher education, technical training, and structured pathways to employment. Without access to quality education and workforce preparation, cycles of unemployment, social vulnerability, and limited mobility persist.
