Youth in El Salvador face limited access to higher education and high unemployment rates. Many lack the financial resources and technical training required to enter the modern workforce.

Ticongle Academy offers intensive, full-scholarship bootcamps in technology and innovation. Participants receive hands-on training in areas such as programming, data science, digital marketing, and cloud computing. The curriculum also includes soft skills and emotional readiness for employment. Following graduation, participants are supported in finding employment, launching entrepreneurial ventures, or working as freelancers.
