Servivienda is a Colombian social enterprise nonprofit with nearly 40 years of experience building transitional homes for vulnerable families affected by natural disasters and displacement, people of indigenous or African descent, and agricultural men and women.

Its mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals by providing access to permanent, flexible, affordable and environmentally sustainable housing solutions. In addition to developing urban and rural housing projects, Servivienda strengthens and empowers local communities to engage in civic participation and influence public policy.

While Servivienda’s primary operations are located in Colombian cities (Bogotá, Cundinamarca, Boyacá, Valle, Cauca, Antioquia, Nariño and Bolívar), the organization’s technical expertise extends throughout nine countries in Latin America. Its projects have introduced a sense of stability among more than 116,500 low-income families.
