The combined impacts of Hurricanes Irma and Maria have left much of the Caribbean reeling, with thousands of people displaced, numerous fatalities and widespread destruction. Puerto Rico’s population of 3.4 million was left without power and little access to food and drinking water as a result. Mexico’s two earthquakes have left the country scrambling to rescue those trapped beneath collapsed buildings. There are reportedly entire towns flattened and thousands left homeless.

In times of crisis, The Resource Foundation quickly mobilizes resources and reaches out to its local network of nonprofits, who address needs on the ground and provide immediate and longer-term support to disaster victims.
